The Challenge
What we walked into.
The old system had been customized for two decades by people who had since retired. Documentation was in three languages and several filing cabinets. Stopping production for migration was not an option — they ship 30,000 pieces a week.
The Solution
What we built.
A parallel-running architecture for six months. The new system shadowed the old, validated against every transaction, and gradually took over modules one at a time. Inventory first. Then orders. Then planning. The old system was switched off on a Sunday in October. Nobody noticed on Monday.
