The Challenge
What we walked into.
A network of 40+ clinics each running different practice management software, with patient appointment data fragmented across all of them. The existing portal had a 12% adoption rate. Older patients abandoned it within two minutes.
The Solution
What we built.
A consolidating layer that synced with each PMS via HL7/FHIR interfaces, behind a portal designed first for the 70+ demographic and then adjusted upward. Voice-input where it made sense. Print fallback on every flow. Audit logs you could actually read.
